It’s something I did not quite understand when I was first introduced to this, even, it was explained in scientific way. Everything, including us, vibrate all the time, and everything carries its own vibration. When we feel good we vibrate a certain frequency, when we are not in a good mood (such as angry or fear) we vibrate a certain frequency.
We will attract things that contain similar frequencies to us. When we feel happy, we will attract things/situations/people that make us feel happy. When we are not feeling good we will also attract things/situations/people that is similar to our frequency.
To attract favorable things, we have to keep vibrating good vibes, which is difficult in some circumstances. Meditation, Reiki sessions, crystal healing and there are many other ways to help raise your vibration. But, if you don’t have time and need an instant raise in vibration. There are a few techniques, which is to focus on your breath and breathe slowly or give gratitude to things around you. These techniques will make you feel better in short time.
